Coming aboard
The Constellation at her berth in the Inner Harbor, and the first guests walking up the pier already in character.
The bar opens
Signature drinks, a galley working hard, and a crew in period rig serving them.
On deck
Government and industry on the same deck, which is the entire point of the evening. The costumes did more for that in an hour than a name badge does all day.
Why we were there
Every dollar raised went to Make-A-Wish. Our sponsors made the night possible, and the auction ran off a code on the table.

The cannon that people bid to fire, and the lots called from the front of the room.

Best overall, most authentic, and scariest scallywag. The commitment in the room was not in doubt.
After dark
The harbor lit up behind the rigging, and nobody in any hurry to leave.
